Innocity Joensuu 4 Luke

Innocity Joensuu is a project entity implemented under the leadership and coordination of Business Joensuu Oy, and the University of Eastern Finland, Karelia University of Applied Sciences, Natural Resources Institute Finland and the City of Joensuu are its co-implementers. The project entity implements the Innovation Ecosystem Agreement 2021–2027, drawn up and signed between the City of Joensuu and the state in 2021. The selected priorities are based on the Joensuu region's economic strategy, the strategic focus areas of R&D actors and the cooperation in the priority areas that has been found to be effective.
