Genomics in BLUP: Continuous genomic prediction by single-step evaluation

This project aims to solve methodological and numerical constraints, which arise when prediction of genomic breeding values is confronted with a fast increase in the number of genotyped animals.

Luke will implement new methodologies into the MiX99 software suite that facilitates solving of models with massive genomic information. Research results will be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
