Forecasts and simulations for agriculture and reindeer husbandry

The project maintains and develops forecasting and simulation systems for the agriculture and reindeer husbandry industries based on profitability accounting data. The project will produce a) annual economic forecasts for the sectors according to the planned schedule, b) a new agricultural forecasting and simulation system, and c) system maintenance work.

Profit forecasts significantly expand the usability of profitability accounting data, increase its visibility to the general public, producers and administration.

Forecast results are published on the Economy Doctor online service as well as bulletins and are used in various articles, studies, etc.
