Tree host-microbial interactions in changing climate

We will investigate tree host-microbial interactions in changing climate and try to find optimal ways to handle and analyse large gene sequence data sets relating to trees, fungi, and bacteria and archaea. Research project will provide information on the susceptibility of host trees to pathogens and the role of microbes in regulating these interactions in warming climate.
