Natural Resources Institute is Finland's most desired employer among natural science professionals
Universum once again surveyed the most desired employers in Finland in 2023. Natural Resources Institute (Luke) won first place in the category of professionals in the field of natural sciences.
Employer image expert Universum annually conducts professional surveys on employer image. Surveys are done of both professionals and students from different fields. About 7,740 respondents participated in the Finnish professional survey. The participants had approximately 8 years of working experience. They were asked, among other things, which employers they find the most desirable, what they want from their ideal employer, what career dreams they have, and what employer characteristics they associate with employers.

Linda Yli-Keturi, Luke's Human Resources specialist, received the recognition from the series of professionals in the field of natural sciences.
"It was great to receive Luke's fifth consecutive place in the natural sciences professionals’ category. We all work together for Luke's internal and external employer image, and of course we strive to keep Luke as number one in the years to come," Yli-Keturi commented on the ranking.
In addition to the field of natural sciences, Luke ranked 34th among professionals in the field of technology.
