Expertise

My research interests are in plant ecology, nutrient and carbon dynamics of forest ecosystems and functional biodiversity. I have a long experience in studying community ecology and monitoring of forest understorey vegetation. I am a member of the Expert Panel on Biodiversity and Ground Vegetation in the UN-ECE Pan-European ICP Forests monitoring programme.
