Lotta Heikkilä

I work as a Customer Manager at Luke, collaborating with companies connected to the food system. My role is to bridge the needs of businesses with Luke’s research expertise. I develop projects in close cooperation with companies and researchers to address significant challenges, create value for all participants, and strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of the sector. I support companies in identifying the most relevant expertise within Luke and in developing research-based solutions for practical needs. Areas of expertise: Food systems and responsibility in the food value chain, value propositions, and business models in the food sector.
