Changes in the Statistics database

This page contains notifications of changes to the Statistical database, which affect, for example, API interface searches.

The directory, file names, table structure and codes for agricultural statistics will be uptated in two parts.  The last part of the statistics will be released on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

The revision affects the interface searches and the ready links referring to tables, among other things. Due to the changes, any interface searches etc. need to be redone.

After Tuesday, all agricultural statistics will be available in a single folder.

The directory, file names, table structure and codes for agricultural statistics will be uptated in two parts.  The first statistics will be released on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and the rest in December. More detailed information about the second change will be provided once the date has been confirmed.

Between the changes, there are two folders containing agricultural statistics in the statistics database. The reformed agricultural statistics can be found in the AGRICULTURAL STATISTICS folder and the rest in the old Agricultural Statistics folder. The reform will see the discontinuation of the subfolder structure: Structure, Production, Economy, and Other.

On Tuesday, October 7, the following statistics can be found under the new AGRICULTURAL STATISTICS folder:

• Agricultural and horticultural labour force
• Balance Sheet for Food Commodities
• Egg Production
• Energy consumption of agriculture and horticulture
• Farmland Management and Irrigation
• Foreign trade in agri-food products
• Horticultural Statistics
• Livestock Buildings and Manure Storages
• Number of Livestock
• Other Entrepreneurship in agriculture and horticulture
• Statistic on the purchase, use and storage of cereals and protein and oilseeds
• Structure of agricultural and horticultural enterprises
• Use of pesticides in agriculture
• Food potato storage statistics - statistics discontinued

The directory, file names, table structure and codes for forest statistics are revised on Thursday 12.6.2025. The change will be made during the morning. The revision affects the interface searches and the links referring to tables, among other things. Due to the changes, any interface searches and links need to be redone.
