Foreign trade in agri-food products, 9/2024 (preliminary)

In September 2024, imports of agricultural products and foodstuffs amounted to EUR 0.57 billion and exports to EUR 0.20 billion. The value of imports rose by +1% from September of the previous year, and the value of exports by +12%.

• Imports of dairy products -3% in value and exports -6% in value.
• Meat imports +3% in value and exports +5% in value.
• Potato imports -49% in value and exports +573% in value.
• Fruit and berries imports -10% in value and exports -23% in value.
• Vegetables imports +0% in value and exports +14% in value.
• Value of imports of alcoholic beverages -21%, value of exports +34%.
• Imports of feedstuffs -17% in value, exports -7% in value.
