Foreign trade in agri-food products, 12/2023 (preliminary)

In December 2023, imports of agricultural products and foodstuffs amounted to EUR 0.52 billion and exports to EUR 0.17 billion. The value of imports fell by -15% and the value of exports by -9% from December of the previous year.

• Meat imports -13% in value and exports -28% in value.
• Potato imports -64% in value and exports -49% in value
• Fruit and berries imports -7% in value and exports -25% in value.
• Vegetables imports -7% in value, exports -4% in value.
• Value of imports of alcoholic beverages -9%, value of exports -16%.
• Value of imports of feed +9%, value of exports -64%.
