Less food potato in storages than in January 2023

• In January 2024, the inventory levels of food and processed potato were 97 million kilos. Of this, food potato took up a total of 79 million kilos.
• Compared with mid-October, the inventory balance of food and processed potato was lower by 99 million kilos (-50%), and the volume of food potato was lower by 78 million kilos (-50%).
