Food potato storages on farms 15.1.2020

In January 2020, the inventory levels of food and processed potato were 107 million kilos. Of this, food potato took up a total of 91 million kilos.
Compared with mid-October, the inventory balance of food and processed potato was lower by 96 million kilos (-47%), and the volume of food potato was lower by 76 million kilos (-45%).
