Implementation of cryotechnologies for development of a cost-efficient nuclear collection in potato

Lukes infrastructure in Jokioinen was recently improved by refurbishment of its research facilities, which can now allow preservation of various biological materials long-term by cryotechnology. The established facilities include appropriate laboratories and cryotanks to apply cryotechnology also for plants. The main goal of the project is to establish an exploitable nuclear collection of potato by cryopreservation.
