This partnership is formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by both parties.

The primary objective of this MoU is to establish a cooperative relationship that promotes ecosystem collaboration, research, development, and innovation (RDI) between Luke and Oji Holdings Corporation. The collaboration will focus on enhancing mutual interests in several key areas, including:

  • Bioeconomy and bio-circular economy
  • Forest bioeconomy and Forest value chain collaboration
