ALFAwetlands at the SERE conference - submit your abstract now!

The Society of Ecological Restoration (SERE) is organising a conference in Tartu, Estonia from 26-30 August. ALFAwetlands is responsible for organising two sessions and one workshop at this international restoration conference with a topic "Bridging Science, Practice, and Policy of Nature Restoration". Abstracts for the sessions should be submitted by 1 April 2024.

SESSION 3.1 Restoration of wetlands: pathways, trade-offs and co-benefits. This session is organised jointly with ALFAwetlands and three "sister projects". Each project has received funding from the same EU funding call.

SESSION 4.2 Pathways to peatland forest restoration. Tuula Larmola & Liisa Ukonmaanaho, Natural Resources Institute Finland.  
WORKSHOP Remote sensing based monitoring of peatlands and their restoration. This workshop will take place before the main meeting.
