Enhensing the use of manure from poltry production

The aim of the project is to create examples on alternative ways to handle manure on poultry production units. Profitability and the technical functionality of the selected manure process methods are ensured through demonstration projects. The objective of the examples is also to meet the requirements imposed by legislation and other regulations on poultry farms, and therefore the environmental impacts of the solutions are assessed.

The project creates options for manure handling and recovery for selected pilots, which can be profitably introduced. These models can be applied more widely to whole poultry production sector.
