The aims are 1) to identify competent indicators to describe the changes in biodiversity and ecosystem services as a result of forest use, 2) to analyze trade-offs between biodiversity and ecosystem services and to carry out their numeric optimization for their further application in Forest Indicator, 3) dissemination of information by participation in international networks, projects and publications and by presenting the results in different national and international forums.
Biodiversity indicators provided to be applied in in Forest Indicator based on MELA software. 15-20 refereed publications.
