Tavoitteet

The overall objective of the project is to support the sustainable development of cold-water aquaculture in Vietnam through better management and documentation. This will help the Vietnamese cold-water aquaculture enterprises in their production. In addition, the cold-water farms participating in the quality chain will be better prepared in the increasing pressure of mainly Chinese low-prize production of sturgeon and rainbow trout.
