Tiivistelmä

The whole Project aims to reduce food waste throughout the whole food supply chain. The scope of the sub project 2 is to conduct in dept-interviews focusing on date label use in Finnish food companies.(7 case products).

The second phase focuses mainly on the durability issues and opened packages. (2015-2016)
The third pahse focuses on dissemination the project results, based on focusgropus.
