Goals

The environmental performance of Finnish meat production is one of the core issues of domestic meat competitiveness and export promotion. The project investigates Finnish pork and chicken meat
environmental performance as climate impact (carbon footprint) and water scarcity
(water footprint). The aim of the project is to provide reliable information on the environmental performance of Finnish pork and chicken meat.
