Goals

We aim at establishing a framework for research and development efforts on forest management methods based on natural disturbance dynamics. Two large-scale (together 2000 ha) experimental areas are managed for small-scale methods. Forest structure and dynamics, as well as biodiversity attributes are monitored and various research projects are launched.

Outputs

Forest management plan for the experimental areas, monitoring plans for forest dynamics and biodiversity, scientific articles, presentations, adjustments to best practices
