Goals

Aim of the project is to draw overall picture of climate and environmental impacts from diet in accordance with nutrition recommendations, reduced food waste and duplication of food export. Impacts on agricultural production and its profitability will also be assessed.

Outputs

A final report in Finnish and English, two policy briefs and several popularized articles will be published in the project. The project also arranges workshops. There will be a web page for the project in Luke’s website.
