The project was a key part of the operation to aim to ensure the continuity of domestic beef production and improving the competitiveness of the beef production sector. The target of the project was to give access to the latest research developments in an easy and understandable manner for beef producers, producing industry, extension and education services as well as other interest groups.

The main output was feeding recommendations for beef breed animals. In addition, the project produced information on the use of ultrasound scanning results in beef cattle breeding and carcass optimization.
