The main objective of the project is to encourage entrepreneurs and business start-ups to see the increasing demand for organic food and the opportunities it offers. Consumers interest in organic products will be increased by increasing the supply and diversity of organic products. Competitiveness of small businesses will be developed by increasing their processing expertise.
The current organic food products concepts are evaluated and new product concepts that meet consumer needs are created.
Info packages for manufacturing and marketing of organic food are compiled.
Business networking is promoted by organizing workshops across Finland.
