Goals
To estimate the future development of greenhouse gas emissions in Finland with and without new emission reduction policy measures. To estimate effects and costs of the new and proposed emission reduction policy measures.
Outputs
Greenhouse gas emission and sink scenarios (base and policy scenario) until year 2040. Estimates of direct and indirect costs of new policy measures, and how the measures affect other policy measures and emissions. Synthesis of how the sectoral low-carbon road maps produced in response to the governments 2035 target affect greenhouse gas emissions and what policy measures are needed to promote the realization of the measures suggested in them.
