Genetically modified cell model for bovine mastitis

Project goals are to establish a genome editing method (CRISPR/Cas9) in cell lines and
to improve understanding of functional role of previously discovered potentially causative variation(s) for bovine mastitis.

Project produces a genome-editing laboratory guidebook for researchers in Luke. If project will continue for the years 2019->, results from the validation part will be published as scientific publication in international peer-reviewed open access journal.
