The role and significance of bioeconomy in Regional government reform and long-term land use planning

BIOREFORM

(1) to identify how are the primary production, rural area livelihoods and bioeconomy in more general present in the regional land use planning in SW Finland, (2) to anticipate how will, after the regional government reform, the relative importance of primary production, rural area livelihoods and bioeconomy change on regional level, and (3) to design, with the Regional Council of SW Finland, novel planning concepts, approaches, and tools for holistically sustainable regional land use planning.
