The Development Director is responsible for the preparation, follow-up and reporting of the plans of action which are drawn up with annual result agreements with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and with the Research Units. He is also in charge of the development of the institutional steering process. The Development Director prepares in cooperation with the Units and presents the organisation and structure, including the places of business and plans concerning reforms and development. The Development Director prepares in cooperation with the leading lawyer the matters concerning an internal audit and risk control. The Development Director participates in the care of stakeholder relations and in the development the cooperation.
