In vitro culture and cryopreservation of hybrid arctic bramble, arctic bramble and cloudberry

Cryopreservation methods of arctic bramble (Rubus arcticus ssp. Arcticus), hybrid arctic bramble (Rubus arcticus ssp. arcticus×Rubus arcticus ssp. stellatus) and cloudberry (Rubus chamaemorus) in vitro cultured materials will be studied. Use of cold pretreatment will be tested. In vitro culture methods concerning nutrient media used before and after cryopreservation will be studied. Cryopreservation protocols will be optimized for these species.
